Lately, I've been feeling this soft wave of nostalgia for moments I never actually lived, which is kind of funny in its own way. There's something so charming and dreamy about the 80s and 90s... Well, more specifically, I've been listening to Japanese music from that era, and I've also been a little enchanted with SEGA's offerings, especially the Mega Drive and Saturn.
These devices use a pretty unique layout when it comes to home consoles, with a 6-button layout instead of a 4-button one. It feels a bit unusual at first, quite quirky but also endearing, so I decided to buy a 6-button controller to help me adapt. I got 8bitdo's M30, even though I'd rather have gotten retro-bit's Saturn controller. Sadly, it wasn't available available where I live, but I'm not too sad about it.
I've been downloading a lot of games while I wait for the controller to ship. I'm honestly just so excited... Baroque and Princess Crown are some of the first games I want to try.
Anyway, that’s all from me for now. Just felt like sharing a little of what’s been making me get into a good headspace lately.
